Born and raised in the Seattle area, Collette Jones moved down to Los Angeles to pursue her love of fashion. Collette attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising receiving an AA degree in Fashion Merchandise Marketing in 1996.
Collette's styling career began in the film industry travelling around the country working on feature films. She did everything from dying and distressing fabrics, constructing garments, working as an on-set costumer and costuming designing. Through this experience, Collette developed the wide variety of skills necessary for a successful career as a wardrobe stylist.
Moving back to the Seattle area in 2005, Collette fulfilled her dream of opening a clothing boutique called ISH Vintage Clothing. "Ish" contains a rare and unique collection of vintage clothes for men, women and children dating back to the early 1920ís though the 1980ís. The store perfectly compliments Collette's ongoing styling career.
Collette takes pride in keeping very organized, efficient with her time and remaining on schedule. She loves the adventure of shooting on location or the clean pallets of a studio. Collette's enthusiasm for her work is contagious. From small businesses to multinational corporations, Collette has worked on a wide range of projects. Combined with her background in both fashion and design, Collette makes the perfect stylist for any job. Rounding out her repetroire, Collette is skilled in light hair and makeup so she can complete the look from head to toe. Whether outdoor adventures, kids, fashion, lifestyle or character, Collette will bring something unique to your set.
